  1. Develop and maintain data science applications and software solutions to support healthcare initiatives and improve patient outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze data needs, and provide technical solutions to drive data-driven decision making.
  3. Design, develop, and implement data pipelines and algorithms to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  4. Utilize machine learning and statistical techniques to analyze and interpret complex healthcare data sets.
  5. Create and maintain documentation for data science tools and processes to ensure accuracy and reproducibility.
  6. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions to improve patient care.
  7. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and software engineering to continuously improve our processes and tools.
  8. Troubleshoot and debug data science software issues to ensure smooth functioning and performance.
  9. Work with large and complex healthcare datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Adhere to data privacy and security standards to protect sensitive healthcare information.

  13. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data science and software engineering team members.
