  1. Provide exceptional care and support to patients in times of crisis.
  2. Utilize highly effective de-escalation techniques to diffuse potentially volatile situations.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement crisis prevention plans.
  4. Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and team members.
  5. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-stress situations.
  6. Assess patients' needs and provide appropriate interventions to ensure their safety.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust crisis prevention plans as needed.
  8. Document all interactions and interventions accurately and thoroughly.
  9. Stay up-to-date on best practices and techniques in crisis prevention and intervention.
  10. Foster a supportive and caring environment for patients and team members.
  11. Serve as a positive role model for patients by demonstrating empathy, respect, and compassion.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing the crisis prevention program.
  15. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures related to patient care and safety.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Crisis Intervention Or Mental Health Field.

  • Knowledge Of Crisis Prevention Techniques, Including De-Escalation And Crisis Management.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations.

  • Familiarity With Trauma-Informed Care Principles And Understanding Of Mental Health Disorders.
