- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures related to patient care and safety.
Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Crisis Intervention Or Mental Health Field.
Knowledge Of Crisis Prevention Techniques, Including De-Escalation And Crisis Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations.
Familiarity With Trauma-Informed Care Principles And Understanding Of Mental Health Disorders.
