  1. Utilize technical expertise to support healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care.
  2. Maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment and technology used in patient care.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure proper use and functionality of equipment.
  4. Monitor and assess patient data and communicate any abnormalities to healthcare team.
  5. Train and educate healthcare staff on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  6. Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
  7. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and advancements in the medical field.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of equipment maintenance and repairs.
  9. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and patient satisfaction through prompt and effective support.
  11. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  12. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  13. Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and effective repairs and maintenance of equipment.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Act as a resource and mentor for less experienced clinical techs.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare System.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Nursing Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Certification As A Clinical Technologist Or Technician.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Proficiency In Using Electronic Medical Records Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Healthcare Professionals At All Levels.
