Clinical Social Worker - Maternal Wellness Program

We are hiring an experienced Clinical Social Worker for the Maternal Wellness Program at Yale New Haven Health System. In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing comprehensive, integrated, and patient-centered care to pregnant and postpartum women and their families.
