  1. Perform data analysis and utilize problem-solving skills to identify revenue opportunities and optimize revenue for the healthcare organization.
  2. Utilize knowledge of healthcare billing processes and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement strategies for revenue enhancement and process improvement.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews of billing processes to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  5. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of revenue management processes and procedures.
  6. Stay current on industry changes and regulations, and proactively communicate any potential impact to the revenue management process.
  7. Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement to leadership.
  8. Work closely with billing and coding teams to ensure accurate and timely billing of services.
  9. Utilize strong communication skills to collaborate and educate other departments on revenue management processes and best practices.
  10. Continuously strive to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of revenue management operations.
  11. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all revenue management tasks.
  12. Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner, both internally and externally.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on revenue management processes and procedures, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to revenue management and other areas of the organization as assigned.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to the organization's mission and values, and actively contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Revenue Management, Including Knowledge Of Billing And Coding Processes.

  • Strong Understanding Of Government And Third-Party Payer Regulations And Reimbursement Policies.

  • Experience With Revenue Cycle Management Systems, Such As Epic, And Proficiency In Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent Analytical, Communication, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
