- Provide specialized oncology pharmacy services to patients receiving cancer treatment at Yale New Haven Health System.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans for cancer patients.

- Conduct patient education and counseling on the proper use of medications and potential side effects.

- Serve as a drug information resource for healthcare providers and patients.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure safe and efficient medication distribution and dispensing.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and protocols related to oncology pharmacy practice.
- Act as a mentor and preceptor to pharmacy students and residents.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the oncology pharmacy program at Yale New Haven Health System.
Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Pharmacy Program.
Current And Active License To Practice Pharmacy In The State Of Connecticut.
Board Certification In Oncology Pharmacy (Bcop) Or Equivalent Specialty Certification.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Oncology Pharmacy Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Chemotherapy Agents, Drug Interactions, And Supportive Care Medications Commonly Used In Oncology Treatment.
