- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients in the oncology and hematology departments.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct medication therapy reviews and make recommendations for medication adjustments as needed.
- Monitor patients for potential drug interactions, adverse effects, and therapeutic outcomes.

Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution
Board Certification In Oncology Pharmacy (Bcop) From The Board Of Pharmacy Specialties
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Pharmacy Practice, Preferably In A Hematology/Oncology Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Chemotherapy And Other Oncology Medications, Including Dosing, Side Effects, And Interactions
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively Within A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Patient Education On Cancer Treatments And Supportive Care.
