Yale New Haven Health System is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Pharm.D. degree and at least three years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or health system. You will have a great opportunity to apply your knowledge of drug therapy, side effects, and interactions to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.You should be a detail-oriented, patient-focused professional, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse, multidisciplinary team. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a working knowledge of drug information and medication safety practices.
