Children's Hospital Quality/Safety Coordinator

At Yale New Haven Health System, we’re looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated Quality/Safety Coordinator for our Children’s Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating and improving the quality of patient care, safety and performance of all hospital services and activities.The ideal applicant will have extensive knowledge of quality and safety standards, the ability to develop and implement quality assurance programs, and strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. The ability to interact effectively with clinical and administrative staff, patients and families is also essential.We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual who is committed to delivering excellent patient care and enhancing patient safety.
