13. Serve as a brand ambassador for Yale New Haven Health System, ensuring all communications align with our brand identity and values.
14. Continuously evaluate and improve communication processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
15. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and other relevant regulations in all communication efforts.
