- Develop and implement educational programs for healthcare professionals within the Yale New Haven Health System.
- Stay up-to-date on current healthcare practices and trends, and incorporate them into educational programs.
- Create and maintain curriculum materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and leadership to identify training needs and develop targeted educational programs.

Acpe Certification: The Candidate Must Possess A Current Acpe Certification As An Educator. This Certification Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of The Acpe Accreditation Standards And A Commitment To Maintaining High Standards Of Education.
Master's Degree In Theology Or Related Field: A Master's Degree In Theology Or A Related Field Is Required For This Position. This Degree Provides A Solid Foundation In Theological Education And Prepares The Candidate For Teaching And Supervisory Roles.
Experience In Teaching And Supervision: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Teaching And Supervision In A Healthcare Setting. This Experience Should Include Providing Clinical Pastoral Education To Students And Supervising Their Progress.
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills: The Acpe Certified Educator Must Have Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills To Effectively Teach And Mentor Students, As Well As Collaborate With Other Members Of The Healthcare Team. The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Diverse Populations And Cultures Is Also Essential.
Knowledge Of Acpe Accreditation Standards: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Acpe Accreditation Standards And Be Able To Ensure That The Education Program At Yale New Haven Health System Meets Or Exceeds These Standards. This Includes Knowledge Of The Accreditation Process, Curriculum Development, And Evaluation Methods.
