  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  9. Oversee the hiring and onboarding of new team members, ensuring a diverse and inclusive team.
  10. Proactively identify and address any technical or operational challenges to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
  11. Effectively communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, both internal and external, to drive collaboration and achieve business goals.
