  1. Design and develop web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
  4. Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across multiple layers of the application.
  5. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  6. Continuously research and evaluate new technologies to improve the performance and usability of our applications.
  7. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality and user-friendly products.
  8. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
  10. Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure proper testing and smooth deployment of new features.
  11. Aid in the implementation of DevOps practices to improve the development and deployment process.
  12. Adhere to project timelines and communicate any potential delays or roadblocks to the project manager.
  13. Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress and technical challenges.
  14. Ensure that all code and documentation follows strict security protocols.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall quality and performance of our web applications.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Full Stack Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Full Stack Development, With A Strong Understanding Of Both Front-End And Back-End Technologies.

  • Proficiency In Multiple Programming Languages: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Multiple Programming Languages, Such As Javascript, Html, And Css, As Well As Server-Side Languages Like Java, Php, Or Python.

  • Expertise In Web Development Frameworks: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Popular Web Development Frameworks Like React, Angular, Or Vue.js, And Should Be Able To Leverage Them To Build Scalable And Efficient Web Applications.

  • Strong Database Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Database Design And Management, As Well As Experience Working With Relational Databases Like Mysql Or Postgresql.

  • Ability To Lead And Mentor Junior Developers: The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Leading And Mentoring Junior Developers, And Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Also Be Able To Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Help Junior Developers Grow.
