  11. Work closely with the finance team to ensure financial data accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  12. Mentor and supervise junior analysts on the team and provide guidance on projects.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes within the Corporate Development team.
  15. Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive image in all external interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Development Or Investment Banking, With A Track Record Of Successfully Executing M&A Deals And Strategic Partnerships.

  • Strong Financial Acumen And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Create Detailed Financial Models And Perform Complex Financial Analyses.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Technology Or Media Industry, With A Deep Understanding Of Industry Trends And Competitive Landscape.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.
