Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Development Or Investment Banking, With A Track Record Of Successfully Executing M&A Deals And Strategic Partnerships.
Strong Financial Acumen And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Create Detailed Financial Models And Perform Complex Financial Analyses.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
Experience In Technology Or Media Industry, With A Deep Understanding Of Industry Trends And Competitive Landscape.
