  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to system reliability, scalability, and performance.
  2. Design, implement, and maintain automation tools and processes to ensure efficient and reliable deployment of applications and infrastructure.
  3. Monitor and analyze system and application metrics to identify areas for improvement and proactively address potential issues.
  4. Conduct performance testing and capacity planning to ensure our systems can handle current and future demands.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in site reliability engineering.
  7. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for building and deploying reliable and scalable applications.
  9. Identify and address infrastructure vulnerabilities and potential security risks.
  10. Continuously improve system and application monitoring and alerting capabilities.
  11. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide updates on system performance and any potential issues.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
  13. Proactively identify and propose solutions for process improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Site Reliability Engineer Role, Preferably In A Large-Scale Environment.

  • Proficiency In Scripting And Programming Languages Such As Python, Bash, Or Java.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Linux/Unix Systems And Experience With Cloud Computing Platforms Such As Aws, Gcp, Or Azure.

  • Experience With Monitoring, Alerting, And Logging Tools Such As Prometheus, Nagios, Or Splunk.
