As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving our people strategy and supporting our business objectives.   1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support the overall people strategy and business objectives of the Consumer Products team.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing guidance and support on all HR-related issues.
  4. Lead and manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  5. Foster a positive and inclusive culture by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives and providing resources for employees.
  6. Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
  7. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
  10. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Work with the HR team to continuously improve and streamline HR processes and procedures.
  12. Serve as a role model for Yahoo's values and promote a positive work culture.
  13. Mentor and develop junior HR team members.
  14. Collaborate with other HR Business Partners to share best practices and ensure consistency across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Hr Role, Preferably In The Consumer Products Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, With Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Effective Hr Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Experience In Talent Management, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, And Employee Development.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Professional Hr Certification (E.g. Shrm-Scp, Sphr) Is Preferred.
