  1. Develop and implement audience engagement strategies to drive meaningful conversations and increase brand awareness.
  2. Lead a team of writers and editors to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our diverse audience.
  3. Monitor and analyze audience engagement metrics to make data-driven decisions regarding content creation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and social media, to ensure cohesive and effective messaging across all platforms.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and evolve our engagement strategies.
  6. Edit and proofread all content to ensure it meets our brand standards and resonates with our target audience.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as influencers and contributors, to expand our reach and engagement.
  8. Train and mentor junior editors and writers to improve their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  9. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch ideas for new and innovative content.
  10. Represent our brand at events and conferences, showcasing our expertise in audience engagement and content creation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Journalism, Communications, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Online Media Or Digital Publishing, With A Focus On Audience Engagement

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Their Algorithms, As Well As Experience Implementing Social Media Strategies To Drive Audience Growth

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Audience Engagement Campaigns, Including Email Newsletters, Push Notifications, And Community Building Initiatives

  • Excellent Writing And Editing Skills, With The Ability To Create Compelling And Shareable Content For A Wide Range Of Audiences
