Publisher Sales Account Manager

As Publisher Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Publisher Sales team in managing internal and external processes necessary for successful publisher relationships. You will be involved with all aspects of publisher accounts in accordance with the goals and objectives of clients. Manage the operational functions for the publisher partnerships across the Publisher Sales organization. Support Publisher Development team and clients through account set up, billing questions, client inquiries, and common back end day-to-day operations. Provide superior customer service via responsiveness, and ensure customer satisfaction through strong interpersonal skills & problem solving. Assist with implementation and on-boarding of new partners and assure adherence to Yahoo’s commitment to quality content. Proactively monitor publisher performance to identify, communicate and resolve issues internally or externally.
