- Develop and execute the product strategy for Yahoo's Ad Monetization team.
- Drive revenue growth and maximize ad monetization through strategic planning and execution.
- Lead a team of product managers and provide guidance and direction for product development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the advertising platform remains competitive and relevant.
- Identify new opportunities for revenue growth and develop innovative product solutions to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and marketing to drive product success.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance.
- Manage and prioritize product roadmap based on business goals and objectives.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
- Continuously monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients to drive product adoption and growth.
- Represent Yahoo at industry events and conferences to showcase our advertising platform and network with potential partners and clients.
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and guidelines.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Principal Product Manager At Yahoo! Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Ad Monetization Products.
Strong Understanding Of Online Advertising And Monetization: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Online Advertising Industry, Including Trends, Technologies, And Best Practices. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Managing Various Ad Formats And Pricing Models.
Strategic Thinking And Leadership Skills: As A Principal Product Manager, This Role Requires Strategic Thinking And The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Drive The Development And Execution Of Ad Monetization Products. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels.
