- Lead and manage the digital and social analytics team, setting clear goals and objectives and providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve digital and social media performance, drive user engagement, and increase revenue.
- Utilize various analytics tools and techniques to gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources, including website traffic, social media engagement, and user behavior.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track and communicate key metrics and insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven recommendations and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital and social media analytics to continuously improve and innovate our strategies.
- Train and mentor team members on analytics best practices and tools, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party partners and vendors to enhance our analytics capabilities.
- Identify and troubleshoot data quality and integrity issues, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting.
- Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders, influencing decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Marketing, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Digital And Social Media Analytics, Preferably In A Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of Digital And Social Media Platforms, Tools, And Analytics Software.
Proven Ability To Interpret And Analyze Large Datasets To Identify Trends And Insights.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
