Working with subject matter experts to define needs/objectives and transfer knowledge. Developing instructor-led, blended and eLearning training content for contact center agents. Authoring self-service help content for our customer-facing help sites. Writing email templates used to respond to customer questions. Creating project plans to manage small and large projects. Collaborating and communicating with team members, business stakeholders, and call center vendors. Delivering instructor-led training. Conducting virtual and in-person content review meetings and train-the-trainer sessions.
