- Provide efficient and reliable support to the global customer base of Yahoo! through the service desk operations and logistics.
- Ensure smooth and timely processing of service requests and incidents by coordinating with various teams and departments.
- Maintain and update service desk inventory, including hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to service desk equipment and software, escalating to appropriate teams as needed.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for efficient service desk operations and logistics, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Service Desk Or Technical Support Role
Strong Understanding Of Logistics And Supply Chain Management Processes
Familiarity With Various Operating Systems And Network Infrastructure, Including Windows, Linux, And Cisco
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Solutions To A Global User Base.
