  1. Provide efficient and reliable support to the global customer base of Yahoo! through the service desk operations and logistics.
  2. Ensure smooth and timely processing of service requests and incidents by coordinating with various teams and departments.
  3. Maintain and update service desk inventory, including hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to service desk equipment and software, escalating to appropriate teams as needed.
  5. Develop and implement processes and procedures for efficient service desk operations and logistics, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.
  6. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of service desk requests.
  7. Monitor service desk performance metrics and prepare reports for management on a regular basis.
  8. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support at all times.
  9. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to service desk operations and logistics, and make recommendations for implementing new technologies or processes.
  10. Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for service desk team members to improve their technical skills and efficiency.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of customer data.
  12. Participate in on-call rotation and handle after-hours service desk requests as needed.
  13. Collaborate with other teams and departments to identify and resolve systemic issues affecting service desk operations and logistics.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience by providing exceptional service and support.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Service Desk Or Technical Support Role

  • Strong Understanding Of Logistics And Supply Chain Management Processes

  • Familiarity With Various Operating Systems And Network Infrastructure, Including Windows, Linux, And Cisco

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Solutions To A Global User Base.
