
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coordinator
Support the DEI team with administrative and program coordination across all initiatives - with a focus on Partnerships, Employee Resource Groups, Fellowships, and Data. Act as main point of contact (on the ground) for select events, conferences, and employee engagement opportunities. Maintain organized tracking strategies to monitor and evaluate impact and ROI of programs; develop reports on program effectiveness. Support DEI team across purchase orders, data entry, calendar management, and other related operational functions. Manage DEI email alias and respond to general inquiries from internal employees.
2+ years professional experience in program coordination, administrative support, and logistics
1+ years of event coordination experience
Demonstrated interest in and understanding of the import of diversity, equity and inclusion
Experience communicating with and building relationships with cross-functional partners
