  1. Develop and implement growth strategies for Yahoo!'s products to drive revenue growth.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product managers to ensure alignment and execution of growth strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver impactful products.
  4. Conduct market analysis and research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  5. Drive product roadmap and prioritization based on data and insights.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of growth initiatives.
  7. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  8. Stay updated on the competitive landscape and make recommendations for product enhancements and improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Growing Products.

  • Proven Experience In Driving Growth: The Director Of Product Management (Growth) Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Growth Strategies And Techniques, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Significant Growth For Products.

  • Strategic Thinking And Leadership Skills: This Role Requires A Strategic Thinker Who Can Lead And Inspire Cross-Functional Teams To Execute On Growth Initiatives. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Product Managers.

  • Strong Analytical And Data-Driven Mindset: The Director Of Product Management (Growth) Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Comfortable Using Data To Make Decisions And Drive Growth. Experience In Using Data Analysis Tools And Techniques Is Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Leader In The Product Management Team, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Other Teams, Such As Engineering, Design, And Marketing. Experience In Working With Remote Teams Is A Plus.
