In this role, you will lead the development and execution of our customer relationship management strategy to drive growth and retention.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive customer relationship management strategy to drive growth and retention for Yahoo.
  2. Lead and manage a team of CRM professionals to execute the CRM strategy and meet objectives.
  3. Continuously analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and integration of CRM initiatives.
  5. Set and monitor CRM performance metrics to track the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM to inform and evolve the company's CRM approach.
  7. Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization and drive a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Develop and manage CRM budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on CRM initiatives and performance.
  10. Represent Yahoo's CRM efforts externally, including at industry events and conferences.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in CRM.
  12. Continuously assess and improve processes and workflows to streamline CRM operations.
  13. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and laws in all CRM activities.
  14. Identify and address any technical or operational challenges that may impact CRM performance.
  15. Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners as needed to support CRM efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Customer Relationship Management Systems: A Director Of Crm At Yahoo! Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Crm Software And Platforms, As Well As Experience In Implementing And Managing These Systems To Drive Customer Engagement And Retention.

  • Strong Analytical And Data-Driven Mindset: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Data Analysis And Be Proficient In Using Data To Inform And Guide Crm Strategies. This Includes The Ability To Segment Customers, Identify Trends, And Measure The Success Of Crm Initiatives.

  • Proven Track Record In Driving Customer Acquisition And Retention: A Director Of Crm At Yahoo! Should Have A Demonstrated History Of Developing And Executing Successful Customer Acquisition And Retention Strategies. This Includes Experience In Creating Targeted Campaigns, Developing Loyalty Programs, And Implementing Personalized Communication Tactics.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Leader In The Crm Department, The Director Of Crm Should Possess Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing And Developing A Team To Achieve Departmental Goals.

  • Knowledge Of Current Industry Trends And Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Best Practices In Crm, Including Personalized Marketing, Omnichannel Strategies, And Emerging Technologies. They Should Also Have A Strong Awareness Of The Competitive Landscape And Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Improvement And Innovation Within The Crm Space.
