- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with and support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their needs and providing HR solutions to drive business success.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Oversee the design and implementation of HR programs, policies, and practices to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Collaborate with other HR leaders to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively make recommendations for enhancing HR strategies and practices.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and address employee development needs through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for all HR-related matters.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. A Master's Degree Is Preferred.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives That Align With Business Goals.
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices, With The Ability To Navigate Complex Compliance Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With All Levels Of Employees And Stakeholders.
