- Develop and implement financial strategies for the Cloud Operations division in line with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Oversee and manage all financial operations and processes within the Cloud Operations division.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks within the Cloud Operations division.
- Evaluate and improve existing financial processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in cloud operations and finance, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within the division.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies for the Cloud Operations division.
- Continuously monitor and manage the division's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the finance team and across the division.
- Act as a spokesperson for the division's financial performance, representing Yahoo to external stakeholders and the media.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Finance And Operations, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field. Mba Or Cpa Preferred.
Extensive Knowledge Of Cloud Technology And Operations, With Experience In Managing Large Scale Cloud Infrastructure.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Financial Performance And Operational Efficiency In A Fast-Paced, Technology-Driven Environment.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
