Digital Advertising Designer
Yahoo is looking for a mid-level designer experienced in digital & mobile advertising design. Focusing on maintaining and elevating high-quality creative output, alongside continually pushing for operational excellence and driving innovation with the creative org. The role will be responsible for creating a variety of marketing materials for Yahoo's B2B brand while mentoring additional designers and freelancers. Conceptualize and execute digital creative work across channels including digital, mobile, social and email. Interpret and support original online programming through marketing deliverables. Translate business goals into actionable design directives and effectively communicate creative rationale (orally and visually) to key stakeholders. Manage Creative Specialist – provide clear direction, constructive feedback and prioritize workload to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience including art direction and design; start-up experience a plus.
Minimum 2 years of managing other creative.
Robust design portfolio highlighting a range of diverse digital work samples.
Must be a flexible, team player capable of working in a group environment or independently.
