  1. Maintain and optimize data center facilities to ensure continuous operation and efficiency.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of data center equipment and systems to identify any potential issues and implement necessary repairs or upgrades.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving data center operations.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to data center facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  5. Monitor and analyze data center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data center operations and ensure they are followed by all team members.
  7. Manage and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies for data center facilities.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data center technology to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  10. Provide training and support to team members on proper data center equipment usage and maintenance.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance.
  12. Continuously identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize data center operations.
  13. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all data center facilities, including equipment maintenance logs and inventory.
  14. Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders on data center operations and any potential risks or issues.
  15. Act as a technical expert and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Data Center Facility Management And Operations.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Electrical And Mechanical Systems, Including Ups, Generators, Hvac, And Fire Suppression.

  • Proficiency In Data Center Infrastructure Management (Dcim) And Other Facility Monitoring Tools.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Issues In A Timely Manner.
