- Provide legal advice and guidance on all matters related to cybersecurity for the company.
- Stay up to date on the constantly evolving landscape of cybersecurity and advise the company on potential threats.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in the company's systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards.
- Create and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
- Conduct internal investigations and respond to any cybersecurity incidents.
- Review and negotiate contracts with third-party vendors to ensure the protection of company data and systems.
- Stay informed about new and emerging cybersecurity laws and regulations and advise the company on their implications.
- Work closely with the IT department to ensure the implementation of effective cybersecurity measures.
- Communicate with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and law enforcement, on cybersecurity matters.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel on cybersecurity-related litigation and legal matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and responsibility within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity Roles, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Tech Company.
Extensive Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles, Practices, And Technologies, Including Threat Detection And Risk Assessment.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
