  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Communicate with clients regularly, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth and upselling to existing clients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for client retention and satisfaction.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to track client performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Provide timely and accurate reporting on client accounts to management.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  9. Participate in client meetings and presentations, representing Yahoo! as a knowledgeable and reliable partner.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices for successful account management.
  12. Stay organized and manage a high volume of client accounts and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As They Will Be The Primary Point Of Contact For Clients And Must Effectively Convey Information And Resolve Issues.

  • Experience In Client Services: Previous Experience In A Client Services Role Is Essential For This Position, As The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing And Maintaining Relationships With Key Clients And Ensuring Their Satisfaction With Yahoo's Services.

  • Knowledge Of Digital Advertising: A Thorough Understanding Of Digital Advertising, Including Display, Search, And Mobile Advertising, Is Necessary For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Provide Strategic Guidance And Insights To Clients On How To Maximize Their Advertising Efforts On Yahoo's Platforms.

  • Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Be Able To Interpret Data And Metrics To Track The Performance Of Campaigns And Make Recommendations For Improvement To Clients.
