Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join World Wide Technology’s team. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and analytical professional with a passion for sales and an aptitude for problem solving. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to equip our sales team with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales enablement role and a thorough understanding of sales processes and best practices. You should also have a knack for relationship building and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with multiple stakeholders. A strong understanding of technology and digital platforms is essential, as is excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop comprehensive sales enablement training programs.
  2. Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement.
  3. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure training programs meet the needs of the sales team.
  4. Manage the implementation and delivery of sales enablement training materials.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with sales team members.
  7. Provide guidance and support to sales team members in their sales activities.
  8. Stay up to date on trends and best practices in sales enablement.
  9. Utilize technology and digital platforms to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of sales training.
  10. Create and maintain accurate records of sales enablement activities.
