Export Compliance Specialist
We at World Wide Technology are looking for an Export Compliance Specialist to join our team! Our ideal candidate has an eye for detail, an aptitude for problem-solving, and a passion for compliance. As an Export Compliance Specialist, you will oversee the compliance of all export activities, ensuring that our company is adhering to the relevant regulations.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in export compliance or a related area. You must also have a deep knowledge of relevant export regulations, such as the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Expertise in export compliance software programs and familiarity with export processes and procedures is a must.If you have the qualifications we’re looking for and you’re ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the compliance of all export activities, ensuring that the company is adhering to relevant regulations.
- Provide expertise in export compliance software programs and familiarization with export processes and procedures.
- Analyze and assess export compliance risks, ensuring the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor export transactions, ensuring they are in full compliance with U.S. government regulations.
- Develop and implement procedures for export compliance and maintain export compliance records according to applicable regulations.
- Monitor changes to export laws and regulations and provide guidance to company personnel on compliance requirements.
- Communicate with government agencies, customers, and suppliers to answer questions and resolve export compliance issues.
- Provide guidance on export classification, licensing requirements, and other export-related matters.
- Prepare and submit required export documentation and reports to government agencies.
- Investigate and resolve export compliance discrepancies.
Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills

Such As The International Traffic In Arms Regulations (Itar) And The Export Administration Regulations (Ear)
