Job Description

Executes pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web, or onsite meetings, drive the discovery process, and identify areas where Workiva solutions align to address customer/prospect needs. Ensures customer success by working with Workiva Client Services team for smooth on-boarding and long term success. Contributes to business cases that articulate Workiva's value. Demonstrates knowledge across multiple domain areas developing working knowledge of industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can have an impact. Assists in developing new use-cases or by using existing templates providing proof of our solution's impact and value proposition. Conducts process assessments with customers, builds Proof of Concepts to validate requirements, builds and presents customer specific business cases. May begin to deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring peers.

Job Qualifications

3+ years of experience in ESG software development, technical sales, or a related field.
Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives.
Consultant level in the Big Four or Consulting Services preferred.
Hands on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred.
