Job Description

Is the company’s DEI expert and leads all aspects of the company wide DEI function. Creates and executes DEI strategy that aligns with business goals and needs. Partners with internal stakeholders to design, implement and provide direction on DEI programs that attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce. Works closely with all parts of HR to ensure that DEI is integrated throughout all people practices company-wide. Serves as a strategic business partner, advisor and leader who can influence all levels of leadership, employees, and HR by identifying/understanding root cause, building and executing solutions and flexing to meet partners where they are in order to help them take action. Partners with the Communications team to build and execute ongoing stakeholder management and communication plans. Provides external thought leadership by representing Workiva at conferences and client meetings, and educating the marketplace on effective strategies that drive diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Job Qualifications

12-15 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, and/or a diversity function.
Proven track record of facilitating organization-wide initiatives with senior stakeholders.
Ability to gather, review and present data in a meaningful manner to drive results.
