Job Description

We’re looking for an innovative, problem-solving Strategies Sales Specialist to join the Windstream Holdings team! This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue and performance, while maintaining the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. As a Strategies Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on Windstream’s success while developing and executing new strategies that meet customer needs.To be successful in this role, you should have experience in sales and strategy development, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a passion for developing innovative strategies to drive performance and growth. An undergraduate degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with multitasking and managing multiple projects at once. A positive, customer-oriented attitude and the willingness to take initiative and go above and beyond are essential to success in this role.
