You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving for existing production equipment and processes.To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 5 years of experience in the tool and die field, and the ability to read and understand blueprints. You should also have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, and a strong attention to detail. Additionally, you must have a positive attitude and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
