
Talent Acquisition Coordinator

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and seamless recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of their open positions.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.
- Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Corporate Or Manufacturing Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices And Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Job Openings And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
