The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively to develop effective packaging solutions that meet our customers’ needs.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, or a related field• Minimum of 5 years of packaging experience• Experience with polyethylene, polypropylene, and other flexible materials• Expertise in packaging design, testing, and quality assurance• Proficiency with CAD, SolidWorks, and other design software• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
