Senior Analyst, Information Systems

They will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additionally, a minimum of five years of experience in a related field is required, along with knowledge of systems analysis, design, and development. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and evaluate current information systems, and assess their effectiveness in meeting the company’s needs.
2. Develop, test, and implement new information systems and technologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of business processes.
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that information systems are properly integrated into business operations.
4. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and security issues.
5. Monitor industry trends and recommend new information systems and technology to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Create technical documentation and user guides as needed.
7. Train and support users in the use of new systems and technologies.
8. Work with vendors to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services.
