
Regional Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

- Process and manage payroll for all employees within the assigned region, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of payments.
- Maintain and update employee records related to payroll and benefits, including but not limited to salary changes, tax information, and benefit enrollment.
- Communicate with employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to payroll and benefits.
- Monitor and track employee attendance and leave requests, including sick time, vacation, and personal time off.
- Review and analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
- Stay up-to-date on changes and updates in payroll and benefits laws and regulations, and make necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including explaining payroll and benefits information and answering any related questions.
- Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives related to payroll and benefits, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to all data protection guidelines.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting Whirlpool's culture and values.
- Collaborate with other regional payroll and benefits coordinators to share best practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in payroll and benefits processes.
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or other senior leaders.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Payroll And Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Regional Or Multi-State Capacity
Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Payroll And Benefits Laws And Regulations
Experience With Hris And Payroll Systems, Preferably Workday And Adp
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Multiple Stakeholders And Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Employees.
