Project Planner

This position will deliver the Project KPIs primarily focused on managing Whirlpool HMI (Human Machine Interface) portfolio and will work with EES team and Cross Functional teams such as Platforms, GSS (Global Sourcing Strategy) manufacturing, quality and marketing teams to manage the projects. Takes ownership for project delivery results, influencing cross-functionally to ensure smooth transition of projects to business owners. Manage project team in all project phases, since initiation, passing through Planning, Control & Monitoring, Execution and Closure. Scoping multiple projects specifically on budget and resource allocation including Maintaining and rebalancing using Project Management system (PPM). Prioritizing projects based on the data with trade-off analysis.
