Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire procurement process, including forecasting, purchasing materials, and keeping accurate records.
2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the most cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services.
3. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure that quality and service standards are met.
4. Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
5. Analyze and assess market trends to identify potential new suppliers.
6. Stay up to date with industry developments and regulations.
7. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery.
8. Prepare and review purchase orders and invoices.
9. Create and maintain detailed reports and records of all procurement activity.
10. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
