Performance Enabler Engineer - Senior Analyst
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Enabler Engineer - Senior Analyst to join our team at Whirlpool! As our Performance Enabler Engineer - Senior Analyst, you will play an integral role in helping us fulfill our mission to make everyday life better through our products and services. To succeed in this role, you will need a deep understanding of performance engineering processes, a passion for problem solving, and the ability to effectively collaborate with other teams.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in performance engineering. You should also have experience in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby, as well as an understanding of web technologies. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement successful performance engineering strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance across a range of different platforms and environments.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful implementation of performance engineering strategies.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, and recommend solutions.
- Utilize scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby to automate performance testing and analysis.
- Ensure that performance engineering processes are in compliance with organizational standards.
- Monitor performance engineering trends and best practices, and recommend changes as needed.
- Document and report on performance engineering results.
- Develop and maintain performance benchmarks and standards.
- Provide technical support and advice to other teams.
