Job Description

We at Whirlpool are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Performance Enabler Engineer Analyst to join our team and help us drive improved performance across the organization. The successful candidate must have a strong background in performance engineering, data analysis, and problem solving to build and maintain successful performance-oriented solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills, as the person will be expected to interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels. The ideal candidate should have experience in structured problem solving, creative thinking, and a strong ability to take initiative and work independently. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in an innovative environment.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, data analysis, and problem solving• Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex performance issues• Strong knowledge of database architectures, data warehouses, and data integration• Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Java, C#, and SQL• Familiarity with web application architectures and technologies• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop performance-oriented solutions that support the organization’s goals.
  2. Analyze data and identify performance issues.
  3. Utilize problem solving techniques to create and maintain performance solutions.
  4. Design, develop, and implement performance engineering strategies.
  5. Monitor and assess the performance of existing systems.
  6. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors.
  8. Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful delivery of performance solutions.
  10. Utilize scripting and programming languages such as Java, C#, and SQL to develop and maintain performance solutions.
  11. Build and maintain databases and data warehouses.
  12. Develop and deploy web-based applications.
  13. Provide technical support and training to team members.
  14. Utilize creative thinking to develop innovative performance solutions.
  15. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and industry developments.
