4. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
6. Analyze production data and recommend changes to improve processes and product quality.
7. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of production processes.
9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time delivery of products.
10. Provide training and development opportunities to staff.
