Manufacturing Supervisor

This opportunity is for first shift 6a to 4:30p, which operates Monday through Thursday 10 hour shift, with Friday being a day for schedule adjustments if required, and manage 80-100 employees. Initiate safety, cost, quality and productivity improvements in the manufacturing operations Initiate problem solving and conduct root cause analysis. Provide technical support/training to technicians and work teams and serve as a technical resource and support to the teams in the department. Maintain quality standards within the department. Lead Whirlpool Production System (WPS) teams. Lead and direct daily activities of shop floor quality and lean technicians. Implement projects and special assignments as required.
