  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the company.
  2. Identify and analyze potential business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies and initiatives.
  5. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision making.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
  7. Lead negotiations and due diligence processes for potential partnerships and acquisitions.
  8. Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision making.
  9. Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates on strategy and business development initiatives.
  10. Monitor and track progress of strategic initiatives and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of corporate strategy and business development processes.
  12. Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices in corporate strategy and business development to continuously improve the company's approach.
  13. Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
