Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Manager of Brand Management to join the Whirlpool team. The Manager of Brand Management will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and sustain Whirlpool’s brand recognition. This role requires an individual with strong communication and marketing skills, an understanding of market trends, and the ability to develop creative solutions to challenges. Our ideal candidate is a team player who is passionate about creating a positive brand experience for our customers. If you have an eye for detail, the ability to multitask, and the ambition to help Whirlpool’s brands flourish, we want to hear from you. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent• Minimum five years of brand management and/or marketing experience• Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to analyze and interpret data• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to build and sustain Whirlpool’s brand recognition.
  2. Create a positive brand experience for customers.
  3. Analyze and interpret data to inform brand management strategies.
  4. Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  5. Monitor market trends and craft creative solutions.
  6. Communicate brand strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  8. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite for design, data analysis, and communication purposes.
