Lean Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lean Manufacturing Engineer to join the team at Whirlpool Corporation. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and increase efficiency.
2. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
3. Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Train and mentor production teams on Lean Manufacturing principles.
5. Identify and troubleshoot problems in the production process.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
7. Create and maintain process documentation.
8. Monitor and report on production and efficiency metrics.
9. Develop and implement process control plans.
10. Lead Kaizen events and other improvement initiatives.
